By engaging with MediaFancies / CBTFAIR' services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
All services provided by MediaFancies are subject to specific written service agreements or detailed proposals. These documents will clearly define the project scope, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and intellectual property rights, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement before project commencement.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate project progress. Any delays caused by client-side factors may impact project schedules and potentially incur additional costs.
Fees for our creative services will be outlined in the agreed-upon service agreement. Payment schedules and methods will be as stipulated. All applicable taxes, if any, are additional to the quoted fees.
Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, upon full and final payment, the client will typically own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables created by MediaFancies for their project. MediaFancies retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
MediaFancies' total liability for any claims arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those specific services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
